No. Profiles are based on the national producer number (NPN), which is public information for all licensed insurance professionals.  You can control what information is public by claiming and managing your profile.  You can learn more here:  Remove My Information

No, claiming your profile and managing your profile is completely free.

Yes. Inside of your account management area, there is a section where you can respond to consumer reviews.

Not directly.  Consumer reviews go through at least two validation steps before being posted publicly.  If you think a review was mistakenly submitted on your profile, you can contact us to dispute it; results are not guaranteed.  The best way to overcome a negative review is to have more positive reviews.

You must first own your profile, either claim it if it already exists or create it if your NPN doesn’t exist in our system yet.  From there, inside your account area, you can control what information is shown publically.

Make sure that you are entering the full url of the website or social media profile.  Make sure you include the https:// or http:// at the beginning.   For example:  https://verifiedagent.com   or  https://www.facebook.com/verifiedagentfb/

Instant, in most situations.  Since claiming an existing profile uses methods to verify exiting data with government agencies, then claiming a profile can be instant if the information is accurate.  In some cases it might take up to a few days if additional verifications need to happen.

Once you are managing your profile, any updates you make to it should be live within minutes.
