Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions. Please review this list before contacting us.

No. Agent profiles are created from public and private information.  If you would like private information removed, you may request it.  However, the best way to control the information in your public profile is to claim it and manage the profile yourself.

No. You can claim and manage your public profile for free.  You are only charged for verification, increased exposure, and other upgraded features.

Yes.  Simply click the reply link located below the review you would like to respond to.

Only agents who have upgraded Verified accounts can dispute the validity and accuracy of a review.   If you dispute a review, it will go through an additional verification process; once the process is completed the review might be removed if its considered to be without merit.  Disputing a review doesn’t guarantee its removal.

Adding specific state licenses is only available to Verified and Verified Plus+ agents.  In your verified profile, it will list all states for you to add your license number.   Save your profile and it will be reviewed before being visible to the public.

Make sure that you are entering the full url of the website or social media profile.  Make sure you include the https:// or http:// at the beginning.   For example:  https://verifiedagent.com   or  https://www.facebook.com/verifiedagentfb/

Please allow 24 to 72 business hours after you have submitted a claim on an existing listing.  You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or denial of the claim.

Please allow 24 to 72 business hours for your profile to be approved and publicly viewable again.  You will get an email notifying you once it’s completed.
